If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it.  After this period, your order may have already entered the preparation stage for dispatch,  and we may not be able to make changes. Please note that a 5% bank processing and  handling fee will apply to any cancellations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged or Incorrect Items <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re sorry for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect  item, please email us at sales@universal-containers.com with clear photos or video of the  issue. Once verified, we\u2019ll arrange a replacement or offer a credit towards your next order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective but simply don\u2019t  meet expectations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns & Refunds \u2013 Requirements <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To request a return or exchange, email sales@universal-containers.com with: – Your order number <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Images or video showing the issue <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Unused, undamaged, and in original condition <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Returned in original packaging with all labels <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Returned within 14 days of receipt <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Shipping <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Please return items using a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for untracked  returns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll be responsible for return shipping if: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– You ordered the incorrect item or size <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The item is no longer wanted (must notify us within 7 days of receipt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we\u2019ll notify you of the approval status. If  approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Original shipping costs are non-refundable <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A 5% bank handling fee will be deducted per refunded item <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Returnable Items <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– PPE items <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Custom-fabricated or personalised parts <\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Clearance or final sale items <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Delays <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your order hasn\u2019t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at  sales@universal-containers.com. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
